Who runs EUcasino and what its licence covers

EUcasino's terms say the site is operated by Skill on Net Ltd, a company registered in Malta, under Gambling Commission account 39326. The public register entry for that account names the licensee as Skill On Net Limited, with a head office in Limassol, Cyprus. The terms were last updated on 27 January 2026.

The Gambling Commission register entry for account 39326 shows one active remote licence that covers four activities:

ActivityActive from
Casino1 November 2014
Gambling software11 March 2015
Bingo14 February 2020
General betting standard, virtual event1 October 2026

The same register lists eucasino.com and eucasino.co.uk among the domain names on the account. If you want to check any brand yourself, our guide to the UKGC register in 5 steps shows where to look and what each field means.

Is EUcasino legit and safe to use?

The licence is the first thing to check, and the register backs the claim in the footer. The second is what happens to your money. EUcasino's terms say customer funds sit in a segregated players' account at Barclays. They place that at the Gambling Commission's "medium protection" level for segregation, and add that nobody can promise every pound would be repaid if the company failed.

How a complaint works

The terms set out three steps:

  • write to Customer Support with your details, the dates and times, and what went wrong
  • ask for the complaint to go to a manager or supervisor, who answers within 96 hours
  • if you still disagree and it concerns a gambling transaction, take it to eCOGRA, which the terms describe as a Gambling Commission authorised ADR company whose ruling is binding

eCOGRA's own rules, as quoted in the terms, rule out disputes that are already with another ADR provider or a court, and disputes older than one year. So it pays to raise a problem soon after it happens.

What the site says about fair play

EUcasino's About page says it uses a certified and audited random number generator and 128-bit SSL encryption. Players must be 18 or over. A brand whose terms name no licence at all gives you no register to check, which is the case for the one in our LegionBet review. EUcasino sits at the other end of that scale, with an entry anyone can open.

EUcasino bonus and free spins

The public promotions page lists six items today: the welcome bonus, tournaments, free spins, the VIP lounge, Prize Twister and Daily Picks.

The welcome offer step by step

The welcome offer is 100% up to £25 plus 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at £0.10 a spin. It is for a first deposit only, and the minimum deposit is £10. EUcasino's welcome offer page sets the rules in one block.

TermWhat EUcasino states
Match100% up to £25
Free spins50 on Big Bass Bonanza, £0.10 each
Minimum deposit£10
Wagering10x the bonus and 10x the spin winnings
Games that countSlots only
Maximum bet10% of the bonus and spin winnings, or £5, whichever is lower (minimum £0.10)

Take a £10 deposit. A 100% match adds £10, so the bonus needs £100 in slot bets (10 x £10). With a £25 deposit the bonus is £25 and the requirement is £250. In both cases the biggest bet allowed while wagering is 10% of the bonus, which is £1 on a £10 bonus and £2.50 on a £25 one. These are our sums from EUcasino's own figures.

The 50 spins are worth £5.00 in stakes at £0.10 each. Their winnings go to the bonus balance with the same 10x requirement. The bonus policy gives its own example, where £10 won from free spins means £100 in bets before withdrawal.

Order of play and how a bonus ends

Two rules shape how you use the offer. The spins or bonus must be claimed before you use deposited funds. And the bonus balance is only used once your real balance has gone.

A bonus that is cancelled, used up or expired before the wagering is finished takes its winnings with it. The same goes for cancelling by choice, and the policy says that cancelling is final. Before you ask for any payout with a bonus running, remember that EUcasino's terms say you must cancel the whole bonus balance first, winnings included. The welcome offer page says bonuses do not prevent withdrawing the deposit balance, so read both texts before deciding.

New accounts also go through a registration check. The terms say the system may decide an account is not eligible for bonuses, and an email says so when that happens.

Free spins for a year

The Free Spins for a Year page is live today. It asks for a deposit of at least £50 and the bonus code Y520. In return the page lists a 100% bonus up to £100, 50 free spins at once on Thor at £0.10 a spin, and 10 more spins every week for 52 weeks. The weekly spins land on Thursdays or Fridays and each batch expires after 24 hours.

The wagering is 10x on the bonus and on the spin winnings, slots only, with the same maximum bet. The catch is who can see it. EUcasino says the offer is only for players it has selected, and that arriving by another route makes you ineligible.

No-deposit offers at EUcasino

Not on its public pages. EUcasino's promotions page shows no offer marked as no-deposit, and the 20 free spins that some players ask about are not on it. The welcome spins need a first deposit.

EUcasino's bonus policy does cover no-deposit rewards in general, because personal offers can reach an account through the Rewards section. If you get one, the default is a cap of £100 or twice the bonus, whichever is larger. You also have 24 hours to finish the wagering, and free spins last 24 hours. Our no-deposit bonus guide explains how those caps work across European casinos.

Tournaments, Prize Twister and Daily Picks

Tournaments run all day, with daily freerolls and buy-in events. You reach them from the Cashier, and you can enter with a deposit or by buying tournament spins from your balance. A prize campaign on the home page runs from 6 March 2026 to 17 January 2027 with a shared prize pool of €5,000,000 between 45 leaderboards, and opt-in is needed.

Prize Twister is a spin feature that can award free spins, scratch cards or cash, up to the Mini, Super and Mega Twister prizes. EUcasino sends spins by invitation. Daily Picks shows offers that change each day, and the bonus policy says they depend on the state of your account and can disappear before their time is up. To get a deposit reward from one, deposit through the Daily Pick or enter its bonus code.

VIP and levels

The VIP Lounge page promises VIP benefits, free bonuses and your own account manager. Separately, the Levels system follows how much you play. You never move down, and a reward arrives only now and then when you reach a new level. VIP points must be converted within 180 days, and the terms add that points can only be cashed in by customers who registered before 19 March 2017.

EUcasino deposits and withdrawals

The cashier lists the methods open to each account. What the terms and help pages state about payments is set out below.

Deposit rules and card checks

Deposits are credited as soon as the payment processor confirms them, except wire transfers. The terms say minimum and maximum amounts show next to each method in the casino. Accounts open in pounds sterling and the currency cannot be changed.

An account can hold at most 2 cards that have not been verified, whether debit cards or Apple Pay cards. To verify one, you upload a photo of the front with the middle 8 digits covered. Some processors take up to 3 days to credit a payment. The name on the payment method must match the account, or winnings can be voided, and chargebacks are not allowed.

If you reach an operator limit, EUcasino says its affordability checks may ask for funding evidence before it is lifted.

Withdrawal fees and timing

MethodFeeMinimum
CardsNoneShown on the withdrawal page
Online walletsNoneShown on the withdrawal page
Wire transfer£10, none over £500£50

The terms add that these charges can change, and they set one more charge for money that goes unplayed: if you make repeated deposits and withdrawals without betting a matching amount, or place only very low-risk bets, EUcasino can pass on its bank charges, 15% of the amount, before it closes the account. EUcasino says it aims to process withdrawals within a few hours. A win of £5,000 or more, or a jackpot, can take longer while it is checked. Each account has a per-withdrawal amount shown in the "more info" section of the withdrawal page, and the terms state there is no limit on the number of withdrawals per day, week or month. To go above or below that amount you email support.

Requests only count when made on the withdrawal page, not by email or phone. If a payment cannot be sent to the method you chose, it goes back to your balance after 7 days.

EUcasino also runs a closed-loop process. If your deposit method cannot take withdrawals, you verify another method in your own name first, and the site may pay out by a different method once ownership is checked.

Documents and verification

Documents go in only through the Upload Docs page in My Account. If the automatic check at registration fails, you send ID and a recent utility bill before you can deposit or gamble. EUcasino says it usually checks documents within 12 hours and asks you to get in touch if you have heard nothing after 48 hours.

Clear, in-date colour copies with no cut edges avoid rejections. EUcasino may also ask about your address, occupation and source of funds.

Inactive accounts

An account counts as inactive after 12 months in a row without a login. EUcasino can then charge £5 a month from the remaining balance. Before taking a fee it tries to pay the balance to your last used payment method, and if that fails it says it will email you 30 days before the fee. Logging in makes the account active again.

Games and the EUcasino site

The home page opens on tabs for Slots, Megaways, Jackpot and Blackjack, with Featured and Popular rows below. Titles on public pages include Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead, Gates of Olympus, Legacy of Dead and Joker's Jewels. A Drops And Wins row sits lower down.

Live casino lobby

The live casino page lists Mega Wheel, Crazy Time, Ice Fishing, Amazing Baccarat, Mega Roulette and a Playtech Live Lobby. It also shows Live Roulette by PlayTech and Blackjack B by Evolution. Filters split the lobby into roulette, live shows and card games. Golden Chips, a Playtech feature, can appear as bonus chips in some Playtech live tables.

Mobile apps

The help page says EUcasino has apps in the Play Store and App Store, depending on country availability. If the Play Store has no app for you, Android users can get it from a link on the help page.

Support hours

Customer support is by email at support@eucasino.com or by live chat after login. Chat runs from 06:00 to 00:00 GMT.

EUcasino sister sites

The register ties each brand to an operator and a licence account. Euromania and EuroKingClub name the same operator in their own terms and sit on the same account 39326. The register's domain list names www.euromania.com and www.eurokingclub.com beside EUcasino.

EuroKingClubSkill on Net Ltd39326Welcome bonus on a first depositDaily Picks with Mega Spins and Double Up offers

Euromania, EuroKingClub and EUcasino all carry the same terms wording, with the same last-updated date. They share the same withdrawal fee list and the same 10x bonus policy, version 1.0 from 18 November 2025.

Euromania

Euromania's welcome offer is 100 free spins on Sahara Riches Cash Collect at £0.10 a spin, first deposit only, with 10x wagering on the spin winnings, slots only. The maximum bet is 10% of the winnings or £5, whichever is lower. At £0.10 a spin, the 100 spins are worth £10.00 in stakes, which is our sum from its terms.

The site also has a VIP Lounge, Prize Twister and Daily Picks, plus Live Blackjack, Roulette and Card Games categories on the home page.

EuroKingClub

EuroKingClub's Daily Picks page names Mega Spins, Double Up Offers, Combo Offers, Deposit Bonuses and Free Spins. Its text also describes a welcome bonus on the first deposit and mentions Blackjack and live casino games. Its jackpot ticker shows names such as Mega Moolah, Major Millions, Hall of Gods and Mega Fortune.

Other brands on the same licence

The register lists 53 trading names on the account, 52 of them active. Beyond the three above, that is 49 more active trading names. That is a big family, so a self-exclusion matters here. EUcasino's terms say a self-exclusion covers any other known account you hold on the same licence, while a cooling-off break covers only the account you set it on. Our hub of European casino reviews lists the brands we have covered so far.

Safer gambling tools and free help

EUcasino's responsible gaming page lists the tools below. You can set them in My Account.

  • deposit limits by day, week or month, where the strictest one applies and a rise takes 24 hours to start
  • a cooling-off break of 24 hours, or 1 to 6 weeks
  • self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years
  • a game status reminder that shows how long you have played
  • SafeMate, which shows spend, wins, losses and time over the last 6 months, with a risk score and alerts

It also explains GAMSTOP, the national self-exclusion scheme, and links a self-assessment test. If gambling stops feeling like fun, call the National Gambling Helpline from GamCare free on 0808 8020 133, 24 hours a day. Our page on UK gambling support lists more free tools.

EUcasino review, briefly answered

Is EUcasino legit?

Yes. EUcasino is run by Skill On Net under Gambling Commission account 39326, and the register shows an active casino licence on that account from 1 November 2014. Its terms name eCOGRA as the binding ADR route if a complaint is not settled.

Is there a EUcasino no deposit bonus?

Not on its public pages today. The promotions page shows a welcome offer that needs a deposit, plus tournaments, Prize Twister and Daily Picks. Any personal no-deposit reward is covered by the bonus policy, with a £100 or twice-the-bonus cap by default.

What are the EUcasino sister sites?

Euromania and EuroKingClub name the same operator and sit on the same licence account. The register lists 51 other active trading names on account 39326, so the family is large.

What is the minimum deposit at EUcasino?

The welcome offer needs £10. The bonus policy says £20 is the default for other deposit bonuses unless an offer says otherwise, and the Free Spins for a Year page asks for £50.

How long does a EUcasino withdrawal take?

EUcasino says it aims to process withdrawals within a few hours. Wins of £5,000 or more can take longer to verify. Cards and online wallets carry no fee, and a wire transfer costs £10 unless it is over £500.
