Each row sets out the welcome offer and its terms, the wagering, the withdrawals and the payment methods, with the licence the casino prints on its site. The brand rows below add the company each one names. Eight of the 16 show a licence number: four from Curaçao and four from Anjouan. Some come as families: Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet share one Curaçao licence, and WinBeast, Win Place and LuckyWave one Costa Rica company number.
This page covers online brands. It does not cover casinos you visit in person.
Collection order, not a ranking. Figures are in each brand’s own currency, and €/£ means one figure for both. Where a cell shows a dash, check that detail in the brand’s own terms. No links to the casinos.
European casino brands: at a glance
What each site offers, the licence and company it names, and which of the 16 share an owner or a set of terms.
Europe does not issue one casino licence. The European Commission says each EU country organises gambling on its own. A European group can also hold a UK licence for a site of its own: Skill On Net, registered in Malta, runs EUcasino under UK licence account 39326, as our EUcasino review sets out.
Curaçao and Anjouan licences
Curaçao, whose licence 4 of the brands show, is an island country in the southern Caribbean. It sits within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Anjouan, the licence 4 others show, is an island of the Union of the Comoros, in the south-west Indian Ocean.
Curaçao now licenses online gaming under its National Ordinance on Games of Chance. The Curaçao Gaming Authority oversees it and describes its role as supervising gaming “conducted within or from Curaçao”.
A company number identifies the business behind a site, and a licence number is the entry to look for in a regulator’s register. Our guide to checking a casino licence shows how to match a Curaçao or Anjouan licence line against the regulator’s own records.
Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet form one family: all 3 show the licence of Santeda International B.V.

Spin gifts
Two 5-day gifts come on top of the welcome spins. Log-in gift: 100 spins (10, 10, 15, 15 and 50 a day) after a €20+ first deposit and ID and email checks, lost after a missed day. Deposit gift: after a €5+ first deposit and a first slots bet, 20, 50 or 100 spins a day for €20, €50 or €100+ on days 1–4; day 5 opens at €50+ and pays 50, 100 or 200 spins for €100, €250 or €1,000+ deposited in total. Gift spins also last 24 hours with wins capped at €100. Zizobet’s “up to 900 free spins” counts both gifts at their top tiers with the 200 welcome spins.

Euro casino withdrawals: currency, fees and limits
Before a euro casino withdrawal, check which currency holds your balance. It decides where a conversion happens. It also decides who charges for it.
Some of these sites charge for moving money. Wildies’ terms let it add a 1% fee, capped at €10, to deposits by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay. CleanWins charges up to 8% on repeated withdrawals within 30 days, and can refuse a withdrawal, or charge the same 8%, before your deposits have been staked 5 times.
Currencies, conversion and bank fees
Betmac pays bank-transfer withdrawals only in euros, to an IBAN that accepts EUR, with a €100 minimum per request. WinBeast’s terms name the euro as the site’s operating currency, with the same card-conversion warning as the Santeda terms below.
Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet, the 3 Santeda brands, let you play in pounds, euros or dollars, beside 8 cryptocurrencies. A card payment may cost “insignificantly higher” than displayed, after conversions by your bank or the company’s payment system. Bank transfers are processed within 3 banking days, never for a dollar payout. In exceptional cases an intermediary bank may take up to the equivalent of €16.
Withdrawal limits in the shared terms
Win Place, LuckyWave and LegionBet share one terms template, with every limit in “EUR/GBP”. Withdrawals start at 20, with standard caps of 3,000 a week and 15,000 a month. The Santeda caps are 7,500 a week and 15,000 a month: Zizobet applies them in pounds, euros and four dollar currencies, Cosmobet in euros or the equivalent, and Velobet in euros or dollars. Both groups’ terms let the casino charge transaction costs if you withdraw before your bets since the last deposit reach 3 times that deposit, a decision left to its “sole discretion”.
Dormant accounts and inactivity fees
After 90 days without deposits, bets or withdrawals, the template lets the casino close the account and “withhold any cash available”. Velobet reserves a monthly fee of 20% of the dormant balance after 60 days without a login. Cosmobet reserves 5% a month after 365 days, capped at €20.
Payout limits after large wins
Win Place and LegionBet can halve the monthly limits once a balance reaches 10 times the player’s total deposits. LuckyWave can cut its limits to 1,000 a week and 5,000 a month when stakes stay under 5,000 a week and 20,000 a month. All 3 say they cannot promise a successful payment “in all cases”.
Identity checks at the cash-out
The same template lets the casino check your identity before a payout and hold the money while it does. False or incomplete details can mean a refused withdrawal and a closed account. Totbet’s 72-hour processing time, for one, does not count the time its checks take.
Bonus and withdrawal terms: what to check first
A bonus headline says little about the money you can withdraw. Check these 4 things before you accept any offer.
Keep cash and bonus money separate
A £20 deposit is your money. A £20 bonus is a promotional balance with conditions attached. Find out which balance is used first and what happens to the bonus if you request a withdrawal.
The table shows which amount the wagering counts on. Zizobet, Wildies, Cosmobet, Velobet, CleanWins and Betmac count deposit and bonus together. WinBeast, Win Place, LegionBet, SlotoSport, 7Gear, AmunBet and LuckyWave count the bonus alone.
How wagering requirements work
A £100 first deposit at SlotoSport brings a £150 bonus, and 25x on the bonus alone means £3,750 in qualifying stakes. A €100 deposit at Cosmobet brings a €100 bonus, and 30x on deposit plus bonus means €6,000. Both figures multiply the requirement by the amount it counts on, before any game counts for less. Neither is a certain loss or a certain return, and excluded games, expiry and maximum stakes still apply.
Each row of the table shows the multiple and the amount it counts on. Our guide to EU casino bonuses compares the wagering at EUcasino, Euromania and EuroKingClub.
What a withdrawal time includes
A withdrawal can move through an account check, an operator’s approval process and a bank or payment provider. An “instant” payment label may describe just the last stage. Look for the timing of the whole journey and whether weekends are included.
The table shows how far the promises differ. SlotoSport commits only to approving or refusing a request within 3 days. Win Place, LegionBet and AmunBet list processing times of 1–3 days for cards and 5–7 for bank transfers, with crypto instant. A method accepted for deposits is not automatically available for withdrawals.
Identity, limits and complaint rules
Check what a site’s terms say about identity checks, deposit limits and complaints before you rely on a welcome package, and keep a copy of the promotion you accepted.
Euro casino games: RTP and stake limits
On the brand rows above, “euro casino games” come down to slots, live roulette, blackjack and baccarat, game shows, and crash or instant titles, in a different mix at each brand. Zizobet lists more than 8,500 slots and WinBeast more than 8,000 games. Win Place lists 3,000+ games and LuckyWave 2,000+.
European slots at these sites come from the studios found almost everywhere. Betmac names 33 of them, and Rivo Casino’s lobby shows Microgaming, Hacksaw and Wazdan.
A slot’s return to player, or RTP, is a long-run theoretical measure. A 96% RTP does not promise £96 back from your next £100. Volatility describes the pattern of possible payouts. It cannot tell you when a win is coming.
While a bonus is active, 11 of the 15 cap each bet: at most €5 or £5 at ten of them, €10 at Rivo Casino. A stake limit is not a session budget. Repeated spins still add up.
Complaints and self-exclusion
Who hears a complaint depends on the licence a casino names.
Complaints under a Curaçao licence
The Curaçao Gaming Authority sets out its position on its own site. “The CGA does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers,” its online gaming page reads.
It adds that it “cannot order gaming operators to compensate players or issue judgments”. The page describes no route for resolving a player’s dispute. It sends them to the provider, or to legal channels.
An emailed complaint can still flag a possible breach of Curaçao’s law. The Authority will not disclose the status of any investigation that follows. It says it plans a standard claim form for such reports. Zizobet, Cosmobet, Velobet and Betmac are the 4 brands with a Curaçao licence.
Complaints under an Anjouan licence
Anjouan’s Gaming Authority does not handle, mediate or adjudicate player complaints either. A complaint goes to the operator first, which has 30 calendar days to respond. After that, an approved ADR provider can take it, at the operator’s cost. 7Gear, CleanWins, Rivo Casino and Totbet are the 4 brands with an Anjouan licence.
Its approved list names 4 ADR providers, with addresses in Dubai, Nevis, the Isle of Man and Curaçao. The process page says complaints and ADR contact must be in English. A dispute over a game outcome must reach the operator within 14 calendar days of the session.
Keep the paper trail yourself
Neither island’s regulator settles a player’s dispute itself, so keep your own record from the first deposit. Save the terms in force, every payment confirmation and each support message, with dates.
How GAMSTOP works: other blocks to add
GAMSTOP depends on the operators. A UK-licensed business checks its register when someone tries to sign up for or use an online account, and a match is blocked.
More than half a million people in the UK use GAMSTOP, according to its own account of how it works. It says it sends no texts to your phone and no post to your home.
If you have registered, add barriers of your own as well. GAMSTOP’s own page points to further layers, including these 2. One is a bank block on gambling card payments. The other is blocking software on all your devices.
Your questions: a little more clarity
Two focused guides for UK readers, and our casino reviews. Pick the one that matches your question, from the conditions behind a bonus to the details on a licence.
A European-sounding casino can be based in a very different jurisdiction. What matters is which rules apply to your account, and who hears a complaint.
Start with the regulator the site names. The Curaçao Gaming Authority and Anjouan’s licensing body each publish a check of their own, and the licence guide above walks through both.
Match the exact website
Use the domain and the company named in the site’s terms. A similar name or logo can belong to a different business. Totbet shows why: the issuer’s record and the site’s own footer print its licence number one digit apart.
Check the activity and status
Look for a current licence covering the relevant remote gambling activity. A software supplier’s record is not a player-facing casino licence.
Set your own limits first
Decide a budget and a time limit before you play, whatever the site offers. Do not gamble to pay bills or win back losses.
European casino questions: short answers
Which licences do these European casinos show?
Eight of the 16 print a licence number on their own sites. Zizobet, Cosmobet, Velobet and Betmac show a Curaçao licence, and 7Gear, CleanWins, Rivo Casino and Totbet an Anjouan one.
Which of these casinos share a licence or a company?
Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet show one Curaçao licence, held by Santeda International B.V. WinBeast, Win Place and LuckyWave show one Costa Rica company number. Win Place, LuckyWave and LegionBet also share one terms template.
Which online casinos in Europe offer real-money gambling?
Casinos licensed by a European regulator, such as the Malta Gaming Authority, Sweden’s Spelinspektionen or Italy’s ADM, may offer real-money play in the markets those licences cover. Some European groups hold a separate Commission licence for a British site, and the register lists which. Our licence guide explains how to read the register.
Is a no-deposit bonus the same as free cash?
No. It may be a promotional balance or free spins with eligibility, wagering, game restrictions, an expiry date and a withdrawal limit. Read the conditions before attaching a cash value to the headline.
Where do I find how a site holds my balance?
In the site’s own terms: read its rules on account balances before you deposit, and save a copy. Withdrawing winnings you want to keep, rather than leaving them in the account, keeps that money in your own hands.
Where can I get confidential help with gambling?
The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, is on 0808 8020 133 for callers in England and Scotland, at any hour. Callers in Wales can use the NHS Wales helpline on 0808 2819 265, also free and open around the clock. Our safer-gambling guide lists the UK options, including urgent help.
