Contact European Casino

Editorial corrections, questions about our sources and feedback on the website. Write to contact@europeancasino.co.uk or use the form below.

Enquiries go to the editor. Your name and a reply address are optional; add an address only if you want an answer. See the privacy notice for how long we keep them.

Twenty characters or more. For a correction, quote the statement and link the public source that shows the change.

Who writes European Casino

Elena Alexandra edits the guides, and Ronny Edelstein researches the licences behind the casino reviews. Their photos and roles are on the page about our authors.

Corrections and source updates

For an outdated description or a change to a rule discussed in our guides, identify the page and the precise statement. Include a public source and, where available, its publication date. That helps distinguish a new rule from older material or a different casino website using a similar name.

The date of a source check is not a promise that a casino’s terms will stay the same. Corrections require checking the underlying material; an enquiry does not automatically change a published finding.

Casino account questions

European Casino is an informational publication. We do not operate the listed brands, access their player accounts, hold balances or approve withdrawals. Account-specific enquiries belong with the relevant business through the support process shown in its own account documentation.

For a dispute involving a Gambling Commission licensee, our licensing guide gives the 8-week route from a licensee’s complaints process to an ADR provider. For support with gambling itself, see our guide to UK gambling support.

Privacy and accessibility feedback

For a broken link, a display problem or a control that is difficult to use, the page address, browser and a short description of what happened are helpful. Do not include casino passwords, payment-card information or identity documents.

The enquiry form above is the only way the website collects a message. Read the privacy notice for what it stores, and for the site’s browser storage and delivery services.
